Our after-sales support team can assist installers with onsite configuration & commissioning of the devices purchased. We did not stop at sales, our technical team goes the extra mile of assisting the installer with relevant information on the device handling, such as the operation and basic maintenance of the devices. (RMA) repair and warranty claims.

In the event of the end users system failing, we will use our first level support through telephone, remote access or skype to support our installer to bring it up.

If system remains critical, we would then deploy our technical team to site to assist our installer.

We also arrange periodic training sessions for our installers so that they can always be abreast of technological changes in the security industry to enable them deliver optimally.
